1. Items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

For meetups, pay and collect on the spot.

For postage, please ask for our bank acc number and transfer it to us.(:

Transfers are to be done within 48hours.

Meetups:

Dinosaur(owner) only do meetups in Hougang Sec/Pri, Hougang Point (Namely Hougang Festival Market) & YioChuKang Mrt Station (Weekdays ONLY).

Mushroom(owner) ONLY do meetups in Serangoon North Ave 1 or Serangoon CC for the moment. She would encourage normal postage instead.

Panda(owner) only do meetups in Serangoon Mrt and sometimes Ang Mo Kio Mrt.

However, meetup places can be discussed.

However, transport fees apply, as we're paying adult fare, and the fares are rather hefty, as we do not really profit from our sales.

Please be punctual during meetups.

No meetups for those without a handphone.

Concealed cash at your own risk.

If we did not receive your concealed cash, u will have to pay again.

Postage:

Normal postage carries the risk of lost mail.

Kindly note that CLOSETWONDERS will not be held responsible for any lost mails.

Refunds will strictly not be granted.
